Meet Moments: Spring Health’s mobile library of mental wellness exercises

We are proud to announce a brand new addition to Spring Health’s suite of mental health benefits today: Moments.

Moments is our library of exercises that empowers each Spring Health member with on-demand tools for emotional wellbeing. Now a part of the handy Spring Health mobile app, Moments provides help on-the-go for building good habits. Its clinically-validated exercises are based in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

Members can tap in anywhere, any time to get immediate relief from pressing concerns and build long-term skills for mental wellness. Moments includes exercises on building relationships, combating depression, managing anxiety, tackling eating issues, and more.

A perfect supplement to our members’ mental health journeys, Moments provides easy, unlimited access to exercises that have shown proven results. Users of Moments report:

To celebrate the launch of Moments, we’d like to take a Moment with you! Join us on Wednesdays in October for a quick, 20-minute mindfulness session led by one of our clinically licensed Care Navigators. Whether you’re in the midst of a busy work day, or just getting started, these mindfulness sessions are designed to calm and center your mind.

Sign up for one or all of these complimentary sessions:

  • Take a Moment with Spring Health—Awareness. Oct. 7, 10 am PST / 1 pm EST. This session will cover breathwork and body scanning to promote the intention of awareness. We will close with a few minutes of live sound meditation with the use of a singing bowl and a handpan.
  • Take a Moment with Spring Health—Acceptance. Oct. 14, 10 am PST / 1 pm EST. This session will cover breathwork, body scanning, and an option for easy movement to promote the intention of acceptance. We will close with a few minutes of live sound meditation with the use of a singing bowl and a handpan.
  • Take a Moment with Spring Health—Commitment. Oct. 21, 10 am PST / 1 pm EST. This session will cover breathwork, body scanning, and an option for easy movement to promote the intention of commitment. We will close with a few minutes of live sound meditation with the use of a singing bowl and a handpan.
